Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of AllWinss by every registered player. By creating an account, depositing funds or claiming any bonus, a player accepts these terms in full. AllWinss reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, with any material change communicated by email or an in-account notice.

1. Eligibility

  • Players must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
  • AllWinss is intended for players resident in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions where online gambling is legal.
  • One account is permitted per player, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance forfeited.
  • AllWinss reserves the right to request proof of identity, address and payment method ownership at any time, and particularly before a first withdrawal.

2. Registration and account security

AllWinss does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Large withdrawals may be split into instalments or subject to additional verification as a fraud prevention measure. Funds must generally be withdrawn using the same method used to deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice.

4. Bonus terms

  • The welcome bonus is 200% up to £2500, credited across a player’s first qualifying deposits.
  • Bonus funds carry a 35x wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Maximum stake per spin while wagering a bonus is £5; exceeding this may void the bonus and any winnings from it.
  • Not all games contribute equally towards wagering. Most slots count in full; live tables and certain jackpot games count at a reduced rate or not at all.
  • Bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited if the wagering requirement has not been met.
  • Only one active bonus is permitted per account at any time.
  • AllWinss reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where a pattern of play suggests bonus abuse, such as consistently low-volatility betting designed to clear wagering with minimal risk.
  • VIP Club reload bonuses may carry different, generally lighter, terms as communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

4a. VIP Club terms

  • Loyalty points accrue automatically on real-money wagers across slots, live tables and Crash; no separate opt-in is required.
  • VIP tier perks, including cashback percentages and withdrawal priority, are subject to change with reasonable notice posted to the account dashboard.
  • Heritage Elite tier is granted at AllWinss’s discretion based on sustained play volume and is not guaranteed by points alone.
  • Cashback and reload bonuses offered through the VIP Club may carry separate, generally lighter, wagering terms communicated at the time the bonus is credited.
  • VIP status does not exempt an account from standard identity verification or responsible gambling controls.

5. Game rules and fairness

All games on AllWinss run on certified random number generators, independently tested by accredited labs. Published RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes over any single session. In the event of a software malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and any wagered funds returned to the player’s balance.

6. Account suspension and closure

AllWinss may suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or a breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, AllWinss reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Players may request voluntary self-exclusion or account closure at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

7. Responsible gambling

AllWinss provides deposit limits, session reminders, timeouts and self-exclusion tools free of charge from the account dashboard. Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to contact the GamCare National Gambling Helpline or Gamblers Anonymous, both listed in the site footer. Gambling should always be treated as entertainment, never as a source of income or a way to solve financial difficulty.

7a. Crash game specific terms

  • The Crash multiplier is generated by a certified random number generator for each round independently; historical results have no bearing on future rounds.
  • Auto-cashout and auto-bet settings are executed exactly as configured; AllWinss is not liable for a missed manual cashout due to connectivity issues on the player’s device.
  • Stakes placed after a round has started will be queued for the following round and cannot be cancelled once the current round begins.
  • The Crash Cashback Sunday promotion applies only to net losses on the Crash game between 00:00 and 23:59 on Sundays and is credited automatically the following day.

8. Limitation of liability

AllWinss is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player’s side, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which AllWinss holds its operating licence. Any dispute not resolved directly with support may be referred to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider.
